2. Why does Bamboo Naturel mainly use bamboo and wood?
We like the natural grain, feel, and look of bamboo and wood.
But we don't choose these materials just because they look good. For everyday products like pet bowl stands, cat furniture, and other pet essentials, bamboo and wood can also provide the structure, feel, and home-friendly look we want.
Our goal is simple:
Good for pets, and good for your home.
3. Are all Bamboo Naturel products made from bamboo?
No. Different products use different materials depending on their purpose and construction, including bamboo, wood, stainless steel, ceramic, and other supporting materials.

4. Why can the color and grain of bamboo and wood vary between products?
Bamboo and wood are natural materials, so there may be differences in color, grain, and minor surface variations from one product to another.
Even when the same material is used, different batches may have some natural variation.
These variations are a normal characteristic of bamboo and wood and do not mean that every piece needs to look exactly the same.
5. Can bamboo and wood change color over time?

7. Are Bamboo Naturel bamboo and wood products chew-proof or chew-resistant?
No. Bamboo Naturel bamboo and wood products should not be considered chew-proof or chew-resistant products.
Every pet has different chewing habits. Pets that like to chew on wood may damage the surface or structure of a product.
If you notice significant chew marks, cracks, loose parts, or structural damage, stop using the product and replace it.
8. Can pets chew on bamboo or wood products for long periods of time?
We do not recommend it.
Bamboo and wood pet products are not chew toys. If your pet likes to chew on furniture, we recommend providing appropriate chew products and keeping an eye on the condition of any bamboo or wood products being used.
9. How often should I check my pet products?

11. Can bamboo and wood products be soaked in water?
We do not recommend it.
Bamboo and wood are not waterproof materials. Prolonged soaking or continued exposure to water may affect the material as well as the product's joints and connections.
For products that come into contact with water, such as pet feeding products, wipe them dry promptly after cleaning.
12. Can Bamboo Naturel bamboo and wood products be used outdoors?
Unless the product page specifically states that a product is suitable for outdoor use, our bamboo and wood pet products are mainly designed for indoor environments.
Long-term exposure to rain, sunlight, and changes in humidity may speed up the natural changes in bamboo and wood.

If your order has not yet entered processing or shipping, we will do our best to help you change or cancel it.
Once an order has entered the shipping process, changes may no longer be possible.

20. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us as soon as you notice the address is incorrect.
If the order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to help update the address.
Once the package has shipped, the delivery address usually cannot be changed directly.
